Mr. K Naveen Chand - Founder and Managing Director
An alumnus of Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Naveen holds MBA in Rural Management and has international experience with cooperatives and microfinance organizations. He has provided advisory services to microfinance organizations in India and Afghanistan and currently working on an assignment in Nigeria. He worked as Assistant General Manager with Ankuram Sangamam Poram, state-level dalit microfinance cooperative's federation based in Hyderabad. He has also worked with National Cooperative of Dairy Federations of India Limited (NCDFI) as a Management Executive. He has undertaken several consulting assignments with a number of microfinance organizations and assisted them in various functional areas in India, Afghanistan and Nigeria. He is very passionate about working in the area of financial analysis for development.
Mr. V Hitendra Shanker - Executive Director
Head, Knowledge Management Group
An alumnus of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Hitendra has experience in rural finance, agricultural marketing, microfinance etc. He has worked in the largest commercial banks in India including ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. He has handled several assignments ranging from rural housing, micro-insurance, crop loans and farmer loans at both regulatory and operational levels. Apart from this he is also experienced in structuring corporate deals like warehousing, mezzanine finance, quasi equity etc. At Parishkaar he is responsible for knowledge management and empowers the team with the latest concepts and frameworks in the microfinance sector.
Mr. K Krishna Mohan,
Executive Director
An alumnus of the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Krishna Mohan has domain qualification and experience in Livelihoods, Natural Resource Management and Microfinance. He has got diverse exposure of working with the Government, NGOs and Corporate sector. He has also done his Post Graduation Diploma in Environment Management and has been associated with premier institutions like Gujarat Ecology Commission, CARE-India and ICICI Bank Ltd. He has given guest lectures at institutes like IRMA and Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA) on NRM.
Ms. K Vandana, Senior Consultant
Business Development Group
A Computer Science and Information Technology Engineer from JNTU University, she also holds a MBA from IIPM with specialization in finance & marketing. She has handful of experience in microfinance, apart from System Requirement Analysis for developing MIS related software. She is trained in making sound business proposals and financial templates. She has attended a certificate course on "Management programme for Women Entrepreneurship" at IIM-B.
Mr. L Chandra Rao, Analyst

A Commerce graduate from Andhra University, he has more than 3 years of handful experience in emerging microfinance domain. He has expertise in using accounting software such as Tally. He has worked as a Credit officer with Sahitya Services Society for a year. He is the Accounts In-charge of this organization.
