Parishkaar undertook process analysis and systems development for the microfinance program of Vardan Trust in Gujarat. The assignment also designed Balanced Scorecard for measuring performance at Vardan Trust.

Parishkaar conducted the due diligence study which included an exhaustive diagnostic assessment. This was followed up by preparation of 5-year Strategic Business Plan. Currently Parishkaar is providing long-term consultancy to SMSS in implementing the plan and fund mobilization. Parishkaar also assisted SMSS in getting M-Cril ratings.

Parishkaar provided strategic and operational long-term microfinance advisory services for Maxwealth Trust, a start-up MFI, promoted by Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India, (ICFAI) based in Hyderabad, India. The tasks included hand-holding support to the entire organizational staff through the growth path by way of providing inputs in developing vision, mission, objectives, plans and internal control systems.

Parishkaar provided business planning and resource mobilization advisory for 10 MFIs which are network affiliates of Grama Siri, a network of NGOs operating in Andhra Pradesh for the last two decades.
